greetings from tucson

by gl. at 3:50 pm

we're back from tuscon! toby & gregory were specifically invited to attend sven's brother's wedding. they had a great time: gregory, in particular, likes weddings because people say such nice things. he even blushed a couple of times. toby is the life of the party, of course, but he tried to be on his best behaviour for the special day.

here they are in a postcard moment: drinking "mockaritas" in their new easter ties (thanks, shield!).

Wow, Gregory wears a suit with real aplomb.

Mockaritas? Sounds like something I might enjoy! Gregory and Toby look like they are quite the party animals! Dayna

Aw, don't they look nice all gussied up! Did they line dance? :)

shu-ju: thanks! sven's brother got them for the boys; gregory got to wear a different but similar one at the wedding.

dayna: actually, the mockaritas were pretty terrible, like drinking a glass of otter pop juice. :) i think you could make a good one, but this was basically margarita mix over ice. the sugared rim was actually less sweet than the drink! but they were still fun & refreshing.

uba: toby says, "THE HORROR! NO, WAIT, I LIKE DANCING!" but alas, there was no dancing at the wedding at all.

Oh, they both look so HANDSOME and GLAMOROUS!!

gregory is blushing again, bridget! toby says, "THANK YOU, BRIDGET! WE DO, DON'T WE?" it's partly his hair, i think: it's actually smoothed back and parted instead of wild.

Well, ahem, one couple danced... ;)

It was a moral imperative.

Cuz it would be a damned shame to let a harpist playing Cole Porter go to waste.

is that what we danced to? :)
